The Fermentation Project pre-sale is officially sold out. Thank you to everyone who grabbed a set. But we saved one last door in: 70 tasting kits are reserved for our text-based Coffee Club, launching Monday 9/14 at 12:00 pm EST. First come, first served.

If you're new here, this box is a coffee experiment you can taste: one single Guatemalan lot, processed four different ways by fermentation specialist Lucia Solis, capped off with a live guided tasting hosted by James Hoffmann on October 3. Same beans, four completely different cups. It's the clearest answer we've ever tasted to the question "what does fermentation actually do to coffee?"

This Labor Day, we want to take a moment to highlight the Tinker Coffee team. Whether it's our roastery crew, culinary team, barista staff, technical group, catering squad, or support staff, your collective efforts bring exceptional coffee and experiences to Indianapolis and beyond.

Every lot we roast, every drink we serve, and every bag we deliver to wholesale partners and doorsteps across the country is the work of real people who show up early, stay late, and care about getting it right. Twelve years in, that's still what makes Tinker what it is.

To everyone on the team: thank you. Today is for you.
