Meet Skyler Balta, the next generation of coffee shop owners at 5510 Lafayette Rd!
Sky worked for Bee the last year, and loved it so much! She is putting her own brand and personality on this space. Stop by, say hello, grab a latte and a fabulous scone! This is now Gaia Cafe and Botanicals.
We hope Skyler enjoys years of success!

Hey friends, as we transition the shop to the new owner, you will see some updates here.

Today Bj is helping Sky restock the store.

You all were so lovely on our last weekend. We need to make sure there are all the items to open. So, Sky is planning to open tomorrow.
