We just want to say sorry… NOT SORRY that we have the most amazing staff that absolutely crushed it this weekend! We had the BUSIEST day WE’VE EVER had in 22 years yesterday and it went amazingly well, because we have such an incredible team. There were so many laughs, cheers, high-fives, and positive affirmations to one another.

I (Celina) cried happy tears after close (if you know me, you know that’s not a surprise.) Not only was Sunday busy, but the whole weekend was and every single employee was absolutely locked in and working their hardest.

Now with all seriousness, we do want to apologize to anyone who called for a to-go order later in the evening Saturday and Sunday that couldn’t get one in, we filled in every to-go time slot we had quickly, and then snuck in as many more as physically possible. We absolutely hate saying “we’re booked on to-go orders for the rest of tonight.” It hurts our hearts, but sometimes that has the be the reality.

If you dined with us this weekend, thank you. Beyond thank you. I wouldn’t have the opportunity to write this post without your support.

If you’re still reading this, thank you. I think it’s important to celebrate the wins in life, because otherwise they go by with little fanfare.

It pays to have friends who make the most beautiful delights. If you’re looking for REAL croissant dough (the layers are so delicate and perfect 🥹) made with real butter, quality ingredients and creative flavor combinations, they’re your people. They also have amazing gluten free options!!
They’re just a small group of people living their dream, like us. this is a love letter to you.
