We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to join a fast‑paced, high‑volume sports cantina known for great food, ice‑cold beer, and a lively, bilingual atmosphere. This concept is built around energy, hospitality, and a strong connection to the local Latino community — and we need a leader who can match that environment.
What We’re Looking For
A hands‑on FOH Manager with a strong bar background and the ability to lead a team in a fun, high‑energy setting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on busy game days, knows how to keep service smooth, and can coach a team to deliver consistent, upbeat hospitality.
Requirements
• Bilingual (Spanish required)
• Strong bar management experience — beer, cocktails, inventory, controls, and staff training
• Experience leading FOH teams in a high‑volume restaurant, bar, or sports‑driven concept
• Ability to maintain a fun, guest‑focused environment while holding standards
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and major sporting events
• Present, engaged, and confident leadership style
What You’ll Do
• Lead FOH and bar teams with energy and accountability
• Maintain a lively, welcoming guest experience
• Support hiring, training, and development of staff
• Oversee bar operations, inventory, and responsible alcohol service
• Drive sales through great hospitality and strong floor presence
