Still here perfecting my craft!

I wasn't even going to make any more sausage this trip, but when you're passionate about what you do, you keep pushing until you get it right.

These homemade pork sausages will be hitting the market soon! Based on the feedback I've received, it sounds like they're getting ready for their next therapy session.

Seasoned to perfection and made with love. I'm not just making sausage, I'm building something special, one batch at a time.

Welp… oxtails seasoned, je**ed, and marinating until it’s time to hit that smoke 😤🔥
Side note: my blender died on me again while making the jerk marinade 😒 — that’s two strikes. Might be time to start shopping for a new brand.
