STEAK & EGGS SANDO : Boneless Wagyu short ribs, sunny side up quail eggs, pickled onions, Japanese milk bread, sesame & chives

HOTATE ICHIGO : Hokkaido scallop, strawberry, shallot, jalapeno, chives, strawberry vinaigrette

NATSU ROLL : O-toro, hamachi, king salmon, pickled radish, avocado, cucumber wrapped, strawberry, jalapeno, yuzu coconut, micro cilantro

TORO PASTRAMI SALAD : Cold smoked bluefin o-toro, baby arugula, shaved parmesan, pickled red onion, smoked trout caviar, basil aioli, balsamic reduction
