Since it's crawfish season, we wanted to give you our VietCajun take on Bánh Gối -think piping hot crawfish hand pie stuffed with crawfish tails and seasoned with Vietnamese aromatics like lemongrass and lime leaves. Happy Friday! If you're not eating meat today, you're in luck because we just dropped two new specials. One, we're calling the Filet-o-Phish Banh Mi... for reasons 😏 We panko breaded Alaskan Cod and deep fried it to perfection, and added our own tangy tartar sauce and finished it with a classic slice of American cheese. It was one of Chef Tam's dad's favorites and it holds a special place in his heart for that reason. We're also running these super tasty VietCajun-Style Prawns to hit that spice craving. Welcome to the first Friday of the Year of the Horse! To keep our celebration going, we're running a whole fried Branzino with tomato sauce this weekend. A whole fish symbolizes abundance, unity and prosperity, with the head and tail symbolizing a good beginning and end to the year. We've also got a fantastic set of cocktails running all the way through Sunday. This Sunday at 3pm, we'll be having our Lunar New Year lion dance and would love for you to join us!
