Progress is taking shape in Horsham Township. 🚧

During the week of July 13, the former Shelby Apartments building at 112 Easton Road was demolished as part of MIRIA's ongoing redevelopment efforts. This milestone moves the community one step closer to the Blair Mill Road Widening Project, Phase 3, where the property, together with the former Adam's Pit Stop site, will help support future transportation improvements.

Each completed phase helps lay the groundwork for safer travel, stronger infrastructure, and continued community growth

Behind every stronger community is a commitment to long-term progress.

MIRIA was created to help address the costs of PFAS contamination while supporting infrastructure improvements and responsible economic development surrounding the former NAS-JRB Willow Grove property. By directing state-generated funding back into the region, MIRIA helps communities invest in projects that improve quality of life today and create opportunities for tomorrow.
