DAY 42!!! Bertha's FINAL day!!

My youngest wanted Bertha on Bertha for her last day! So I recreated all 42 layers of her!
She is just over 9" tall & weighs just over 3lbs!
Just look at her next to my 8yr olds head!! 😳

It's been a fun journey, but all good things must come to an end.

DAY 41!!!

Our oldest is heading back to the University of Iowa today. It was amazing to have him back for the summer while he worked at his internship with the DOT. We are so proud of him!

On another note....tomorrow is the LAST day I will decorate Big Bertha! I started back at work last week & it proved that I will not be able to continue this. It has been fun & hopefully I can do it again! Bigger & better! 😁

Today is National Potato Day!! Who doesn't love a good potato?! This guy was supposed to be happy, honestly I'm seeing a little crazy...but that could be due to my current mental state 🫠

My favorite potato is a baked potato! 😋

Today is World Never Give Up Day!

Today I left the house at 6am, home at 6pm, baked some goodies, cleaned up them remembered I had to decorate Big Bertha! So at 9pm I did just that!
