T.X. Barbecue Co Our PitMaster Ron Steudle is a graduate of the ART Institute of Austin with two culinary degrees. BBQ Co. since 2021.

After being recruited out of culinary school by one of the Top Five Texas BBQ restaurants in Texas, he spent the next 5 years learning the fine details of the smoking meats. He then started his own business and has been the PitMaster of T.X. His cooking has been featured in Texas Monthly Magazine, Eater and was rated the number 1 BBQ in Southern Living Magazine.
