We’re finally trying to add in a bit more savory, as well as locally-sourced, options to our menu!
This week we’re offering peach kolaches, cream cheese kolaches, sausage klobasnek, and sausage & cheese klobasnek (aka kolaches if you want to say it the southern way 😆) from Kolache Kitchen in Temple.

There will be limited quantities of each until we gauge interest.

We also have our eyes on Slovacek’s and Czech Stop in West as well.

Now, I can’t make any guarantees on how smooth it’ll go at first, especially since we don’t have a phone number to receive text messages and Square sends one out through its own platform, but we should be able to work out the kinks fairly quickly.
For now, please come up to the window to retrieve your order until we figure out how to receive info on the make and color of your car to bring your order out to. Also, please excuse the generic pictures on most of the menu pictures. I’ll be updating those as I take and sort pictures of our own products.

Also, due to a serious decline once school started, we’re adjusting our hours to close at 12:00 on weekdays.

Starting my morning off with a sugar-free French Toast with sweet cream and the cup lined with sugar-free caramel sauce ☕️ 🌞

We have tons of sugar free options and most of our menu can be made sugar-free. Just ask!

Unfortunately, we’re going to have to halt the drive-thru lane attempts at this time.
Even with a sign out, it was causing too much confusion and possibly frustration trying to get everyone to follow it correctly, if it was even followed at all.
Confusion was to be expected, but I believe some got frustrated, and that’s certainly not how we want people to start their day.

So, for now, I’m going to work on getting “order ahead” set up through Square and maybe even designate a few parking spots for curbside ordering/pick up (with adequate signage) so we can still get people in and out quickly without having to leave their vehicles if they choose. That will be announced once up and running.
I also need to be dedicating my time to training our new baristas in the trailer instead of directing drive-thru traffic 😅

Good afternoon, my fellow caffeine addicts! Longbow Coffee On The Go is going to try something new beginning tomorrow morning with school officially starting! We understand that not everyone will see this post, so bear with us all as we navigate how this will work, if it does at all.

We will have this sign out in the parking lot directing everyone to choose a side to pull up so we can take your order at your vehicle from 7am-9am (school days only). We have menus to bring out to you in case you don’t know what you want or have never been with us before. We ask that you keep the center lane clear for those that may get their order before the car ahead of them and want to exit (keep a safe exiting distance from the car ahead of you as well for this purpose). We will have 3 people staffed (2 baristas and one taking orders), so efficiency shouldn’t be a problem.

To keep everyone safe, we can’t allow anyone to pull into a parking spot to walk up to the trailer to order, unless someone has to utilize the handicapped space. I’d hate for an accident to happen and someone get hit.

Enter at the “entrance only” and exit at the “exit only.”
Thank you all and we look forward to getting your day started with some much-needed caffeine and maybe a little snack before school!

Holland water may be down, but we’re not! We’re up and running at 6:00am. We’re running from a separate source of potable water and we’re fully operational!

We’re looking for two part-time people who are friendly, good at multi-tasking, and who just want to make a little extra money.
Would prefer someone in Holland if possible since some shifts may be 3-4 hours while other shifts are up to 7.5 hours and we don’t want anyone to have to drive too far for a short shift. As soon as we have the staffing, we’ll be able to extend our daily hours as well as be open on Sunday.

Being available at least every other weekend is a requirement since we want to rotate who works weekends so no one person is having to work them all. If you can only work weekends and that’s your preference, that’s fine too! The hours will be 7:30am-1:00 pm on Saturday and 7:30am-12:00pm on Sunday.

We’re tired, boss! After an absolutely busy and fun weekend at the bellcountycomiccon, we’re all exhausted. We utilized every employee while making multiple restock trips throughout each day. I’m so proud of our girls who did an amazing job keeping up with a very low wait time for orders. That being said, we need time to clean, restock, rest, and reset. We will not be open Monday, 8/3/26, but look forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday morning!
