☕️ Our Longbow Coffee On The Go trailer is open to caffeinate you on your way to work or once you’ve slept in and now have to keep up with your kiddos that are on summer break! We have amazing smoothies, frappes, and lotus energy drinks for them too! 😃

Thank you, Holland, TX for so many of you coming out and showing support of our small business!
Even dealing with a few hiccups this week (especially the first few orders on the first day), y’all showed up and made us feel so welcome and appreciated!

☕️ As we continue to grow, and our roots dig in a little deeper here in this friendly town, we will enjoy meeting each of you and cannot wait to give back to a community that has already shown us such love.

☕️ We are already going to adjust our hours of operation and will be open on Sundays beginning June 7th from 8am-12pm.

☕️ Curbside ordering (during certain hours) and order-ahead are currently in the works since we aren’t set up to do drive-thru at the moment, so stay tuned for that!

We’re so excited to finally be opening up in Holland, TX tomorrow!
We’re set up in the parking lot of Feral Texas Outdoors Monday - Friday: 6am - 1pm, and Saturday: 8am-1pm. (These times will likely change in the near future).
We’ve added a few new food items to our menu and are now offering the much-requested decaf espresso option!
For those that need it, we have a lot of sugar-free flavor options as well as Fairlife, which is lactose-free milk with half the sugar of regular milk.
We can’t wait to meet y’all!

Hey there, friendly community of Holland, TX! We’re headed your way and will be officially opening on May 18, 2026!

Our hours will be:
Mon. - Fri. 6:00am-1:00pm
Sat. 8:00am-1:00pm
Sun: CLOSED

These hours will likely change as we continue and see what the demand is.

We were not able to set up in a way that safely allows to be a drive-thru like we had initially wanted (that will change in the future), but there is plenty of parking in the parking lot of Feral Texas Outdoors so you can safely walk up to order. We might implement “curbside” ordering in the very near future for those (like me) who don’t like getting out of their car. 😆 We just have to work out the logistics first.

We ask that everyone be patient with us as we navigate this new adventure and we continue to train a couple of fairly new employees. We’re all human and bound to make errors from time to time.
With that said, we want everyone to thoroughly enjoy what they get, so if anything ever needs to be remade or adjusted, PLEASE do not hesitate to ask. We are MORE than happy to do it so we start your day off right!

We are so excited to meet everyone and hopefully continue to grow with this wonderful community!

The coffee trailer will be set up from 8am-12pm tomorrow for the Crossroads Church Easter service at the Cadence Bank Center! Come celebrate our risen King with a good coffee, wonderful people, and what I know will be a moving sermon. Can’t wait to see you all!

The winner of our raffle is Christina Hollas! Thank you to everyone who entered by getting those punch cards filled out and turned in over the last 5 months! Your loyalty has meant the world to us. We hope to do another one again in the near future, so stay tuned!

We were asked if we could set up at the Wildflower Arts & Crafts Festival for Sunday as well, which we gladly accept!
We won’t be parked down at the cul-de-sac this time, but up near the band stage from 8am-4pm.
This may be our last opportunity to serve y’all while sitting at Barrow Brewing Company, so come out for some good food, drinks, music, and to shop amazingly talented vendors. It’s going to be a beautiful day!

With a heavy heart, we have to announce our departure from our current location in Belton.
Unfortunately, another small business loses again.
We have loved meeting so many new people and building relationships with you all in the short amount of time we’ve been there.

After putting in SO much of our time on the trailer, we’re going to take some time off to focus on what matters most while we also look for a new location that will hopefully be our longterm home.
In the meantime, we will continue to pop up at events and at Crossroads Church from time to time.

We will be changing our hours until we leave, which our last day will be March 31st. We will be open 6:30am-10:00am on weekdays, and 8:00am-12:00pm on Sunday. All daily discounts will also be discontinued for now.

Be sure to get those punch cards filled out and entered into our raffle that will be happening April 1st.
