Longbow Coffee On The Go

09/27/2026

Due to staffing, Longbow Coffee On The Go will have to close at 12:00pm sharp today. Until then, be sure to come by for an amazing latte and snack to kickstart your morning! We’re stocked up on sausage, sausage and cheese, & ham and swiss klobasnek (kolaches) as well!

From now on, if you’ve placed an online order and there’s a line when you arrive, please come knock on our door so we can get your order to you faster. We don’t want our line to cause anyone to run late or to discourage anyone from ordering ahead in the future.

Friendly reminder: there is a 15-minute lead time in all online orders. Most of the time, we’ve completed your order ahead of schedule, but sometimes, like this past Saturday, we needed to utilize most of that time due to back-to-back orders we had amongst training someone.
Your pick up time is shown to you when your order is placed.

Thank you SO much for all of the support everyone has shown our small business. We don’t take “caffeination” lightly around here and apparently y’all don’t either 🤣

Tomorrow is Longbow Coffee On The Go’s first Sunday open here in friendly Holland! Stop by and show our girls some love and start your Sunday morning with a tasty latte before heading off to church or whatever else you have planned for your Sunday! Our coffee pairs perfectly with a great sermon! 🙏

I want to start off by apologizing for advertising that Longbow Coffee On The Go would start being open in the afternoons and not updating that we had to forgo that already.
Unfortunately, multiple schedules immediately began conflicting with our hours of operation. We don’t have the staffing to cover the necessary shifts and my husband and I just aren’t available to fill in the gaps all of the time between our other full-time jobs and kiddos at home. We’ve devoted so much of our time to trying to keep the coffee trailer going over the last 18 months, which has led to neglecting other very important parts of our lives, so we abruptly decided to cancel the idea of opening in the afternoons until having a fully trained staff.

That being said, we are actively looking for multiple people to fill open barista positions.
☕️ One person that’s available to work at early as 5:30am. I’d prefer this person to have barista experience because I’m going to need help in the mornings beginning September 25th. This position is the one that’s most likely to grow with us into a management position. Afternoons and weekends are available for this position as well.
☕️ 2-3 people for the Thursday through Saturday afternoon shifts that can consistently work those shifts.

Our Fall Menu has arrived even though we’re all still melting from this Texas heat! 🫠

Maybe if we consume more pumpkin spice, we can will the cooler weather to show up faster! 🍁

Also, we’re still serving kolaches every day and not just when advertising them!

Looking for one more person for a part-time barista position!

Specifically needing someone who’s available as early as 5:30am through 12:00pm on weekdays (days and hours will vary) MUST be able to multi-task, previous customer service experience a big plus, previous (or at home) barista experience an even BIGGER plus since training will need to be completed quickly.

Some weeks may yield more hours than the next. We’re hoping to be open in the afternoons soon, so more hours will become available if needed/wanted.

Must be reliable and have reliable transportation as well.

We’re finally trying to add in a bit more savory, as well as locally-sourced, options to our menu!
This week we’re offering peach kolaches, cream cheese kolaches, sausage klobasnek, and sausage & cheese klobasnek (aka kolaches if you want to say it the southern way 😆) from Kolache Kitchen in Temple.

There will be limited quantities of each until we gauge interest.

We also have our eyes on Slovacek’s and Czech Stop in West as well.
