Yesterday at Trading Post Produce turned out to be a great day. Here's some pics of the food we snagged expect the ribs from Cj's Pit Smoked Ribs bc the hubby had them gone before I got a pic 🤤. We've had the pleasure of having my brother work by our side this past year in the trailer since he graduated NCSU. Today he starts his career in the microbiology world and we want to take a minute to say thank you for all your help and helping us grow. Congratulations on your new job Nick Blackburn. We'll miss you but we're excited for your next step.

Daaaaannnnggggg 🤯Yall didn't come to play at Westrock today at all and sold us OUT! We prepped heavy since its been a minute at this location but yall blew through everything. This lunch was one for the books at Westrock. We love seeing it, it makes the grind worth it. Now to go home and prep for the dinner rush. See you back at Westrock tonight at 8:30pm.

Were back at it again this week. We've been finalizing Monster Ice for this weekend for the Tractor Pull at the Hickory Fairgrounds and time got away from us. We've got 2 other chances for yall to get ypu fix this week.

1. We're back at WESTROCK!!! Yall have begged us to come back so we're pulling up on Wednesday.

2. We're setting up with Gas-Up on Thursday for the City of Hickory's Wellness Fair so be sure come stop by if you're over that way.

And like I said, we'll be debuting our new trailer; Monster Ice, at the pull this weekend. She'll be set up right beside of us. You can't miss it!
