Please be sure to include:
✔️ Event type
✔️ Location
✔️ Date + time
✔️ Estimated guest count

🏫 Weekday events are limited
These are primarily reserved for:
• Private events
• Teacher & staff appreciation
• Corporate events & employee treats
• School functions

🗓 Weekend dates fill up FAST — so we strongly recommend securing your spot as early as possible if you have a specific date in mind.

💰 About Our Event MINIMUMS

This year, we are enforcing event minimums for most bookings to ensure we can cover staffing, supplies, and travel costs — especially with limited operating days.
Event minimums may vary depending on:
• Day of week
• Travel distance
• Event size
• Length of service

How minimums work:
✔️ A set dollar amount is required in guaranteed sales
✔️ If sales do not reach the minimum, the difference is paid by the host
✔️ In many cases, larger events meet the minimum easily

This helps us continue operating sustainably while still being able to serve schools, businesses, families, and community events.

We are always happy to discuss details and help you determine the best option for your event.

🌟 It’s Time I Finally Introduce Myself 🌟

After 3 years in business… it’s finally time to put a face behind Thee Stuffed Waffle. 🧇❤️

Hi everyone — my name is Destiny, and I am the owner, creator, and the one working behind the scenes (and behind the waffle press 😄) here at Thee Stuffed Waffle.

Not only am I a small business owner, but I am also a full-time student in the Respiratory Therapy Program and still working a regular job along side with clinical hours — which is why you don’t always see my trailer out every single day. Balancing school, work, and business has been a journey, but your support has truly made it worth it.

As we head into Year 4, I want to share an important update:

👉 Our books are currently open through MAY only.
I will be graduating from my Respiratory Therapy Program in May 🎓 and, at this time, I’m unsure what my hospital work schedule will look like afterward. Because of that, I will continue booking events accordingly until graduation.

We’ll be at the 2 day Claremont Daze Fest in downtown Claremont today 6-10pm and tomorrow from 10-4pm! Sunday we will be at Red Wolf Farm from 10-6pm!
