Our honey butter garlic is inspired by Korea’s iconic honey butter chips. It’s sweet and buttery with a mellow touch of roasted garlic topped with toasted garlic bits. Our Korean fried chicken is gluten free, made with rice flour, cooked in a dedicated fryer and served with Korean pickled radishes that are infused with jalapeños. 🍯🧈🧄🍗

Hi! 👋 If you’re new and curious where we are located, we are operating out of VFW Post 6008 at 725 Sun Valley Blvd Hewitt offering curbside pick up only ☺️ We have two reserved curbside spots so all you have to do is park, stay cozy in your car and we’ll bring your food out 🫰 Thank you for pulling up, supporting small and being part of this journey with us!!

Before Kottage opened, we spent a lot of time eating Korean fried chicken 🤭 & paying attention to every little detail. One thing we kept coming across was gochujang sauces having a strong ketchup flavor or they were missing a spicy kick that masked what makes gochujang (fermented chilis) special.

After lots of testing, we created a glaze that feels like home to us. One that lets the gochujang shine while bringing together sweetness, spice, and umami in a way that complements our crispy crunchy fried chicken.

It means so much when we hear how much you guys enjoy this one ~ whether it was your first time, or those who grew up with these flavors. 🌶️😋🍗

When I first started frying wings, there were three issues I kept running into. After a lot of testing, we finally have a process that keeps every wing crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. 🍗🔥

🙅‍♂️ Rubbery, fatty skin
🤤 We draw moisture out of the skin before frying and prevent trapped moisture, during the frying process, from ruining the crunch.

🙅‍♂️ Dry chicken
🤤 We use fresh wings and marinate them for 24 hours to keep them juicy.

🙅‍♂️ Saucing instantly makes breading and skin soggy
🤤 We double-fry our wings with our rice flour blend for an extra crispy crunch that holds up even after they’re tossed in sauce.

Korean white peach and grape drinks bring back childhood summers with my grandma. Whenever I visited her, she would always have one ready for me. 😊🍑🍇 We hope you get to try some with your loved ones this Fourth of July weekend!
