Hartford, we’re bringing our FxF FLAVOR to Experience Hartford this Thursday! 👀🍽️🔥

And we won’t be the only ones! 🤩
On October 15, we’re joining dozens of Hartford restaurants, bars, shops, and local businesses at 1390 @ Parkville Market for a chance to get to know more of what our city has to offer!

The best part? Your ticket gets you unlimited food and drink samples from participating businesses! 😋🍹
And while you’re making your rounds, our crew will be there serving up a taste of what we do! So stop by, grab a bite, and say hi. We’d love to see you! 👋🧡

📅 Thursday, October 15 | 5–7 PM
📍 1390 Park St, Hartford, CT

It’s Saturday, and dinner’s looking like this. 👀🍽️🥵

If you’re still figuring out tonight’s plans, come grab a table with us!🔥

Steak Frites, Grilled Heritage Pork Chop, Salmon, or Half Grilled Chicken… we’ll just leave these here while you decide which one you’re ordering tonight. 😋

And speaking of things you’ve been ordering, our Affogato has been getting A LOT of love lately, so we decided to turn it into a cocktail, too! 👀☕🍸

Meet the AFFOGATO-TINI! 🤎 (Swipe to the right! 👀)

Now the question is… which plate are you going for? And are you having your Affogato-tini with dinner or saving it for dessert? 👀🍸

Dinner or dessert, we’re not judging! 😂🤎
See you tonight! 😉🔥

There’s a side of Fire by Forge you don’t always get to see when you come in for dinner. 🧡🔥

Farm to Forge is one of the nights where that part of our restaurant gets to take center stage.

It’s a night where our trainees, alumni, chefs, and staff all come together, and you get to see our mission in action.

Our trainees putting what they’ve been learning into practice alongside the chefs and staff who work with them every day. Alumni coming back and showing where those first opportunities can lead. And our whole team getting to share the work, growth, and purpose behind what we do here every day.

Seeing all of those parts of the journey together is what makes this night so meaningful to us. The same restaurant you come to for dinner is also a place where people are learning in real time, building confidence, gaining experience, and creating a path toward whatever comes next.

Farm to Forge gives us the chance to bring that side of Fire by Forge forward and celebrate the people who make it possible. Not only what our team creates in the kitchen, but the learning, growth, and opportunity happening alongside it every day.

We’re incredibly proud of our trainees, alumni, chefs, and staff, and everything they brought to the table that night. 👏🤩

Saturday plans? Brunch sounds pretty good! 👀🥞☕️

Come grab a table and spend your morning with us. We’ll handle the food, ’cause figuring out what to eat is already enough work for a Saturday. 😉😋

We’re open now and serving brunch until 3 PM. Come see us! 🔥

We loved having The Manhood Tree in our kitchen for the first Brothers in the Kitchen! 🔥🍽️ Congratulations to Terrance Bland and his team for taking the win! We’re already looking forward to round two in November! 👀🔥

If this has you thinking your group would have a pretty good time doing something like this too, we’d love to host you! Bring your coworkers, friends, family, or whoever you think can handle a little friendly competition in the kitchen. 👨‍🍳🏆

Last night The Manhood Tree participated in the first, “Brothers in the Kitchen” event hosted by Fire by Forge. What a great time we had cooking, laughing and building our brotherhood bonds stronger. The team led by Terrance Bland won the competition but it was close. We look forward to doing this again in November. If you think you can cook, hit us up…we are looking for more competition.

Okayyy… FAB! by Forge definitely lived up to the name! 💋🔥

The looks were LOOKING, the performances had the whole room going, and amaris thee valkyrie, Auntie Lu 💜, and SAUVIGNON BLANC made sure brunch was anything but boring! 👀👏 Between the cheering, the laughs, and plenty of food and drinks hitting the tables, Saturday was a whole lot of fun.

Huge thanks to Haus of Pro Entertainment LLC and our FAB! trio for putting on such a great show, and to everyone who spent their Saturday with us, cheered them on, and got in on the fun. 🫶

And of course, shoutout to our team for keeping everything moving behind the scenes while the show took over out front. We couldn’t let the day end without getting everyone together for a picture. 💋

We think Hartford might need a little more FAB! in its future… 👀💋 Until then, here are a few moments from today.

Thank you, queens! We had WAY too much fun with this one. 🔥
