Sunday June 4th Bob & Meg's, along with a lot of other rad folks are hosting Ride Like the Wing, combining a few things we're really passionate about - bikes, wings, enjoying a few beers and raising money for great causes. Money raised will go towards the Closer to Free Ride, benefiting research and care at Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center.

This will be a 26.5 mile ride along the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail, starting in Southington, riding down to Hamden and back. We'll end at for some wing & beer specials, raffles and other giveaways. New England Brewing Company will have their Closer to Free Ride Hazy IPA on tap, a portion of sales go towards the charity. Also, Groggy Frogg is teaming up with Bob & Meg's to do wing specials for that day and the rest of the week, a portion from sales of which will be donated as well. Hey all, Robert here. I’m doing a new pop up in Hartford this month -August 31 from 5-close. I know most of y’all are still in NYC so feel free to ignore. Life has been crazy and expensive so not sure when we’ll be able to do another wing nite in nyc but don’t count us out! Little River Restoratives is probably the coolest bar in Hartford and the one place that reminds me of Brooklyn. I’ll be trying to branch out a bit to include some more of my Midwest s**t I grew up with. Party on!!
