Well the Chef is one of the owners of Quenas, Edwin Llave and the host Shirley Llave is also one of the owners of Quenas. Our staff is well train and we like to give opportunities to new members that doesn't have the experience, we like to work as team but more importantly as a family. We had bunch of stories that we can tell but one of them was on a Sunday night we had a famous guest that arrived to the restaurant which we didn't recognize at the beginning but the face was familiar a little tip he was a actor of ( Happy Days). beside that thought the years we made very good friends and accomplishments such as being able to be on the New York Time, Westchester Magazine, Restaurant hunters etc.
