We absolutely love when you think of us to help celebrate life’s sweetest moments. 💛 When one of our customers asked us to help celebrate her little boy’s first birthday, there was no way we could say no!

Last week, alongside the chaos that is bake day, we had the joy of creating a custom order featuring a smash cake, a dozen cupcakes, and cookies for his special day. 🎉

Being invited to celebrate your family’s milestones is something we never take for granted, and we’re so grateful to be a small part of these special memories.

Now we can’t wait to be back and celebrate OUR first birthday with all of you! 🥹🎂

We bake, and you show up. Week after week, you’ve supported us, sold us out, and filled our hearts with the sweetest comments and messages about how much you’ll miss us while we’re away. We truly don’t have the words to express how grateful we are.

We’ll keep you updated while we’re away, and let you know as soon as we’re ready to reopen. In the meantime, tell us your favorite Klein Sprouts desserts in the comments! 💛

When pre-orders close, we tally every order and figure out exactly how many batches of each item we’ll need. This is a very small behind-the-scenes look at prep day! Every ingredient is weighed and portioned ahead of time so bake day can run as smoothly as possible.

It’s almost hard to believe that all of these ingredients will soon become the baked goods you’ve come to know and love. 🥹

This weekend is a big one! We sold HALF of our inventory through pre-orders alone and have 50 orders to fulfill before we close for about a month (don’t worry… we’ll be taking you along for the ride! 🛠️🏡)

If you missed pre-orders, our best advice is: come early. 😅 Once this weekend’s goodies are gone, it’ll be a little while before they’re back!
