When Peter Schrager calls Hunan Taste “the best Chinese food in America,” you better believe we’re listening. 😉

A huge thank you to Peter Schrager for sharing this story on The Schrager Hour — from the unexpected Wednesday-night stop in Roslyn, to the hot & sour soup in 90-degree weather, the fried beef, the fortune cookies…and, of course, that Hunan Taste hat.

What we appreciated most was hearing Peter speak about the experience behind the meal — the traditions, the people, the neighborhood and the small businesses that become part of someone’s story.
