Long Island in 2003 adn hit the ground running. Michael has worked in various bakeries, hotels, country clubs and restaurants in his professional career. Whatever your needs, he will make your cake or desserts the stunning focus of any event. There is no project too big or too small, and no task too crazy; Pure Sugar Inc. thrives on a "think outside of the box" mentality and ensures that every event is special and personalized to you.
