We now offer Pambazos.
The filling of a pambazo can vary by region, but traditional filling is potato with chorizo. The sandwich is made by dipping the bread in a red guajillo chile sauce (not spicy) and then pan-frying it until it's crispy add lettuce,tomato and queso fresco.
