BTS of what goes on during the days the food truck isn’t open. A lot of people only see the finished product, but behind the scenes there are repairs, new equipment, cleaning, prep, and constant improvements happening.

I’m truly thankful for my day-one customers and every new customer who continues to support Statis Catering. I try my best to take time to greet and talk to everyone, but sometimes the workflow just won’t allow it.

Just know that every dollar you spend with us goes right back into this business. Another dollar toward repairs, better equipment, improving consistency, and speeding up service so we can continue giving you a better experience.

This journey isn’t always easy, and there’s always something that needs to be fixed or upgraded, but I truly appreciate every single person who supports us. Thank you for growing with us and believing in what we’re building. ❤️🙏🏾
