Sometimes, you wake up early, prep the veggies, roll the meat, buy the bread, sauces, napkins, etc, load up the propane tanks, fill the generator up, drive 1.5 hrs, arrive to your event destination, set up and make $25.

We take the good with the bad; and even tho they all can’t be winners, I had a good day with my fella, went home, and played with my dog.

We are very grateful for everyone who’s ever stood at our window and helped support our lil family biz.
