Sushi Sunday funday is back!!

Here’s today’s line-up:

1. COCONUT CRUSTED SHRIMP ROLL- Coconut crusted shrimp tempura, cream cheese, pineapple, red pepper, jalapeño, green onion rolled and topped with spicy mayo and firecracker sauce then finished with coconut flakes.

2. CRAB RANGOON ROLL- Crab, cream cheese, red pepper, jalapeño, green onion, pineapple rolled tempura battered and fried then drizzled with spicy mayo and a raspberry sauce.

3. SPICY AHI ROLL- Ahi tuna, green onion, cucumber, carrot, avocado, jalapeño rolled and topped with sweet and spicy peanuts then drizzled with spicy mayo and wasabi aioli.
