I think these beauties are self-explanatory

Put them in a crock pot with some sauerkraut or toss them on the grill with bbq sauce.

These smoked pork back ribs can be an amazing substitute for all sorts of dishes.
It seems that the simplest method is the best method when doing ribs but never be afraid to try something new. If you do find a great recipe let us know, we would love to hear it.

Many people ask how we make our Polish Sausage, but showing you all in person might prove to be a bit difficult.

Our solution of course is to bring you into the world of Koshar’s while you sit on the couch.

Many sausage manufacturers tend to use cheap cuts of meats in order to keep their prices low, this obviously will result in a lesser quality product that needs quite a bit of seasoning in order to taste good at all.

We on the other hand use the front shoulder of the pig. The front shoulder has many desirable qualities, especially for roasts. The Boston Butt, which is a cut from the shoulder has beautiful marbling and a large grain which makes for a deliciously tender piece of meat. Of course we are willing to make the sacrifice of a quality cut just to put it in Polish.

After we cut the meat into more manageable pieces, we grind it up, season it, and mix it together.

We put our ground meat into a sausage stuffer, then we twist the sausage into links, hang them on sticks, and finally put them in the smoker.

After all this is done, only thing left to do is boil them up for 10 minutes and enjoy! @ Koshars Sausage Kitchen

After being in a soaked in a brine, our pork chops are promptly smoked to create a delicious, juicy slab of meat that holds it’s own in our store!

Due to the salty nature of the brine, boiling the pork chops for a few minutes will allow some of that salt to escape the meat.

After that, you have free range to prepare them however you want! We always recommend slow cooking them with sauerkraut to get them tender and packed with flavor!

Let your recipes run wild with this one!

Doesn’t matter if you cube it and fry it with scalloped potatoes or put it on a breakfast pizza as a bacon of sorts, it is fantastic!
