It’s almost the weekend and Chef Ernesto is bringing the beef!! (and the pork).
Today, for our lunch feature, we are showcasing a Texas BBQ Plate, made with house smoked brisket and jalapeño sausage from our friends at Smokey Denmark. We’re serving it with a house made potato salad and an apple pecan slaw. Comes with Texas Toast to help savor the sauce!
