Another day day, another cake memory. This was from 2019 and my tallest cake yet. It was an inspiration cake by Joshua John Russell. I loved making this cake. But probably the most piping I’ve done. :)
We delivered this all the way to Houston from Georgetown already set-up. I had to make an insulated box with dry ice. And it stayed cold the whole 5 hours.

A cake I entered to That Takes the Cake competition. It was my second year entering and I now know what I could have done different. But I loved this design.
