Dublin Roasters is more than just fairly traded, organically grown, artisan coffee lovingly roasted on-site in our Frederick, MD location. Our ever-expanding community spreads love, hope, and coffee through a variety of community events and charitable endeavors. We connect coffee growers to aficionados by purchasing our beans directly from the farmers, sustaining and supporting developing countries while savoring the world one bean at a time.

We are soooo excited to announce, not only a new menu item but our collab with Twin Bears Bakery has come to life !

Our new sweet and savory toast options have been hand crafted in house and served on freshly baked honey oat and sourdough bread from our local amazing bakers.

Try our Rockin Ricotta toast for that savory comfort of ricotta cheese, balsamic drizzle, flavorful pesto, fresh tomatoes and basil balanced with a hint of fresh squeezed lemon on freshly baked sourdough toast.

Or, feeling sweet, try our Nutty Monkey with smooth creamy peanut butter, freshly sliced bananas, a drizzle of honey and topped with cinnamon on freshly baked honey oat toast.

Either way, you can’t go wrong !

Have you noticed our new signage !?!

Dublin Underground now has an official sign to make it easier to find.
It’s still a hidden gem so you have to drive around the back of our building to find our new space, but now there is a sign over our door !

Available for rental for private events as well!
