💡 What makes a flat white different from a latte? It’s all in the milk texture.
A flat white = espresso + micro-foamed milk, but with a thinner, silky layer on top. No big froth, just a smooth, velvety sip that blends perfectly with espresso.

Science bonus: smaller bubbles = denser foam → richer mouthfeel.
