Chef Prakash has developed these original recipes over time and from experience in addition to his countless trips to Mexico. Diners can feast on house specialties like gourmet, authentic Yucatan style tacos, molcajete, chicken poblano, margarita chicken, salmon en cilantro, tacos al carbon, carne asada, chiles rellenos, and freshly steamed pork tamales. We add touches of mango, roasted chilies, c

hipotle, and habanero to contribute a fresh, distinctive taste to the traditionally used herb and spices. We never use lard and we offer a wide vegetarian selection.
