Closing up a little early today, 9/1!

You guys have been keeping us busy, and we’ve been struggling to keep up with coffee production. Today, it finally happened, and we ran out. Great problem to have, but the growing pains are real!

We’ve got some changes coming soon. More coffees, bigger roaster, more capacity!

Wrapping up our first full month in the new digs and… just incredible. You guys have kept us BUSY.

So busy, in fact, that I haven’t been able to keep up with roasting 😅 but that should be changing soon!

It’s been a blast getting to know all of our new regulars while still seeing so many of the day 1s from the old spot. Seriously, thank you for showing up for us.

A few updates:

We’re going to start testing some fall menu items soon Planning to launch those sometime in the latter half of September.

And yes, for everyone who has asked, pour overs and flash brews are coming! We’ll also be bringing in some more complex specialty coffees for the shelf and pour over menu, on top of our usual rotating single origins. ☕️

We’re also planning to take Labor Day off for some much-needed staff rest and recovery. If you’ve been in the shop once, you’ve probably met our entire staff. Small but mighty 😂

What a day.

Our grand reopening was an absolute success. We were slammed from open to close and had the busiest day in Ivy Coffee Roasters history… by FAR.

To everyone who came out—our longtime regulars, new faces, friends, family, and neighbors—thank you. Your support means more than you know.

South Main, thank you for welcoming us with open arms. We already feel at home here, and we’re so excited to be part of this community.

We’ll be back tomorrow for our first full week in the new shop!

Monday–Friday: 7 AM – 4 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM
Sunday: Closed (for now)

We’ll reassess Sundays down the road, but we will absolutely be open during the monthly and quarterly markets happening right outside our front door.

We’re officially back.

IT’S FINALLY HERE.‼️

Tomorrow we kick the doors back open for our soft launch!

We’ll be serving coffee from 7:00 AM to noon. Give us a little grace as we knock the dust off and get dialed into our new space and workflow.

The tacos are BACK tomorrow, and so are two fan favorites: the Golden Hour and Strawberry. We’ve missed making these just as much as y’all have missed drinking them.

We seriously can’t wait to see everyone again. It’s been a long road to get here, and we’re beyond excited to share this new space with y’all.

Huge shoutout to our friends Jordan Watson and Cassidy Davila for absolutely crushing our menu boards and A-frame signs. They look incredible🤠

We passed our health inspection today, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally welcome y’all into the new space.

Thursday & Friday: 7 AM–12 PM

🎉 Grand Opening
Saturday at 8 AM-2

We’re also bringing back a couple of fan favorites to the permanent menu:

We officially received our Certificate of Occupancy! 🎉

Our health inspection is Monday, and if all goes well, here’s the plan:

Soft Open: Thursday & Friday
Grand RE-Opening: Saturday, August 1st

We seriously can’t wait to welcome everyone into the new space. Thank you all for your patience, encouragement, and support through this journey. It’s almost time.

We’re still waiting on the city to finish up permitting and are hoping to get the green light this upcoming week. We can’t wait to show y’all the new space!

To help us bridge the gap until reopening, we’re doing a roast day tomorrow.

We will run a deal!
2 one-pound bags for $40
1 five-pound bag for $90
(1lb normally retails 24$)
