Every time I told someone where my bakery was they would say “Are you sure want to open over there?” “You’re a woman you sure you’ll be ok over there?”

Here’s the thing: We both grew up on the south side and lived over here all our lives until about 7 years ago. There are so many new developments happening South East and I love being apart of it!

I always get tons of questions when I post my cheesecakes in cake pans. 🤣

This method has never failed me!! It’s easier than wrapping springform pans with foil since I use a water bath.
