Bistro Nota is a locally owned and operated restaurant located at 620 South Calhoun Street in Downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana (one block South of the Landing and across the street from the Rousseau Centre). We serve some of the best food in Fort Wayne, made in-house from scratch, by our James Beard award nominated owner/chef(s).
