We would like to clarify some misinformation regarding the parking areas serving the commercial property located at 125 Eglin Parkway and 116 Perry Ave. SE.
The Muse is one of several tenants located on the property, which also includes a church, a community center, and other businesses. Parking policies and enforcement are administered by the property's management on behalf of the property owner to help ensure parking remains available for customers, church attendees, community center guests, and other authorized visitors.
Unfortunately, unauthorized parking has resulted in ongoing issues, including blocked parking for legitimate visitors, littering, property damage, and vandalism. As a result, the property owner has authorized enforcement of the posted parking restrictions, including towing of unauthorized vehicles when necessary.
We respectfully ask everyone to observe the posted parking signs and use designated parking areas. These measures are intended to protect access for all who visit and use the property.
