The Lemos family needs our support. Their son Jacob, 16, has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive bone cancer, and the family is preparing to travel to Texas for a major surgery.

This one hits especially close to home for us. The Back and Lemos families met when our kids were in preschool together, and we’ve been friends and neighbors for more than a decade.

On Thursday, August 20, we’re asking our Back Bistro family and the Folsom community to come together for Jacob.

From 4 PM to close, Back Bistro will donate 20% of the evening’s revenue directly to the Lemos family to help with expenses related to Jacob’s treatment and travel.

Giving back to Folsom has always been important to us, and moments like this remind us how powerful our community can be when we show up for one another.

The Lemos family needs our support. Their son Jacob, 16, has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive bone cancer, and the family is preparing to travel to Texas for a major surgery.
