Last week, our team spent a day visiting two of the farms that help shape our seasonal menus. The visit offered us a deeper understanding of the care, patience, and intention behind every harvest.

Days like these strengthen the relationships that make our work so meaningful. We're grateful to the families behind Dig It Produce and Askegaard Organic Farm for welcoming us, sharing their time and knowledge, and reminding us that great ingredients are the result of passionate people and healthy land.
