Today we had some visitors photographer Josh Madison and friends. They came in and tried some of our food and interviewed us about our restaurant and our community. Special 4/2/26(Guay Tiew Tom Yum Hang) This is a dry version of Gina’s famous Tom Yum noodle soup but with no soup!!!!what!!! Fresh rice noodles tossed in a hot and sour sauce infused with a little coconut. Topped with Peanut, sprouts, Onion, cilantro, culantro, chilies and fried garlic pork fat. This dish will take your taste buds for a ride.

Special 3/18/26 (Yum G*i hua Pli ) Nothern Thai chicken and banana blossom soup. This soup is found in the northern regions of Thailand made with roasted chicken and the flower of the banana tree infused with earthy flavors of nothern Thai spices and herbs. Served with rice.
