I speak good things over my ingredients as I prepare a meal, not just before I eat. I pray for the best flavour outcome. I pray that if my fingers get a little too shaky with the Salt, that God calms them down.
I have trust in my work, but an extra love/prayer gives me the best assurance. 🙏🏽
