Hey all! I just set up at the Red River Valley Fair! I am located just to the right of the main gate and midway. In front of barnyard bar. If you come out to the fair check out my new stuff! My feature menu items is the beer-battered walleye Sandwich. 6 ounce filet sourced from lake of the woods and lake superior. I have entered a competition for best fair food. This will be my item. Other new stuff is my poutine line(original, breakfast, pulled pork). Beef gravy and country gravy options. I have Jimmy dean sausage for my breakfast poutine. Add scrambled eggs to make it Deluxe. Pictures below. Not a huge fan of my spot so I will need some help from you all to make it work! Hope to see you out!

Hey All, Thank you all for coming out to Cruising Night West Fargo! Spectacular sales! Much appreciated! On a different note I am looking for workers for the Red River Valley Fair. July 3rd to the 12th. Pm me if you want to make some extra cash this summer. I really need help july 3rd to the 5th. Pay depends on experience. I start at 15 bucks an hour. Willing to pay way more if you can run a fryer and grill. Plus tips. Hours are 10am to 10pm daily. Might be later on the weekends. Send me a message if anyone is interested. Thanks all. P.s. I am looking for any shifts. 5pm to close, 11am to 5pm, etc. Not asking for 12 hour shifts unless you want to. Free food and drinks while you are working. One meal free per 4 hours. Breaks, etc.

Hey all, do to some technicalities this year I wont be at the Greater Grand Forks Fair. I will make sure I am there next year. There is some differences between licenses and inspections from fargo that I did not forsee. I apologize. I was able to pick up a few gigs in town though. Will be at west fargo cruising night Thursday 5pm to 9pm and west fargo street fair 10am to 3pm. Hope to see some of you out there. For all of you in the grand forks area I will be at the marshall county fair in warren mn july 22 to 26 if you want some eats.

All you baseball fanatics, come check out the Liam G. Medd baseball memorial tournament on june 5th to the 7th. Donate to the cause and watch some kids play baseball. Its at Starion field just south of the Zoo on 42nd street south fargo. Its for a great cause! I will be out serving food for the weekend!

Hey All, I rarely post on my page and I am sorry for that. I have grown with my schedule through the years that it was just not needed. Most places I attend already know I am there. I thank you all for patronizing my food truck. This year I will have a few different events that I will post here.
Firstly I will be returning to the Greater Grand Forks Fair. June 17th to the 21st. I will bring most of my staples but there will be a new line of food. It will only be offered at the fairs I do this year. Come check it out at Grand forks for my debut of the new stuff. I apologize if some of the food I used to have is not there. I am changing it up a bit!
Secondly: I will be at the Red River Valley Fair this year. First time! All items served are new. You cant get these when I do events around town. We worked on these items to perfect them so I hope you all enjoy. July 3rd to the 12th. Come get my perfected beer battered walleye sandwich. The best poutine line ever! Also checkout the crispy nacho cheese chicken bites with your choice of a plethora of dipping sauces. Its going to be epic! You will see a lot of flare and lights! See you out there!
