I was honored to have chef Gabby in my cafe today showing us her skill with my salted chocolate chip cookie recipe. It was such a hectic day that I forgot the mute button on the video and got zero sound but I condensed it and I hope I did her proud. Get those kids off the screen and in to the kitchen! She loves to cook and hopefully this Gabby Episode will inspire her and others!

In addition to the panko haddock sandwich on brioche and the lobster grilled cheese we have this chicken cutlet on ciabatta with fig jam, prosciutto, burrata, arugula and fig balsamic glaze.

Our breakfast sandwiches are thoughtful and made with local eggs (Tiverton) peppered bacon, pork sausage and the best breads. We don’t microwave the eggs, we don’t use precooked bacon, it’s all real, clean and hearty.

Remember a few short months ago we were here! Admittedly the worse winter ever, but it’s gone so get outside and play like you never have before! Visit the beach, spend money at local small business, visit our parks and for gods sake live like tomorrow isn’t promised!
