Mill & Roast Coffee Co. is seeking baristas/ food prep team members to join our team.

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of barista or restaurant experience
• Maintain a professional, positive, and dependable attitude
• Are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a team
• Are comfortable working both front of house and back of house, including food preparation and service
• Have part-time availability Monday through Saturday
