Chef Nick trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where he learned the art of making mozzarella. During this 30–45-minute demonstration, he’ll share his techniques and show you how he creates our homemade mozzarella roulade!

Enjoy drinks at the tiki bar before the demonstration or stay and dine with us afterward. The demonstration is completely free, and no tickets are required!
