We can’t believe it’s already been over a month since we opened our doors—time really flies when you’re having fun! 🎉

We want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for the incredible support. Whether you’ve stopped in for a sandwich, spread the word, or cheered us on, it truly means everything to us.

We’re excited to share a couple of updates:

✨ Starting Monday, the 4th, we will officially be open on Mondays!

After months of planning, hard work, and more late nights than we can count, the day is almost here… Ewing Eats officially opens tomorrow! 🎉

10 AM the mayor will be here to cut the ribbon and make it official!

From early mornings to long nights, every detail of this place was built with a lot of dedication, determination, and love. What started as an idea has turned into something we’re incredibly proud of, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you.

Stop by, try something from the menu, and celebrate with us — we might even be giving away a few treats throughout the day. 👀

We’re getting closer! 🎉 Our signs are officially up outside!

Our team is putting the final touches on everything and can’t wait for everyone to come by, check out our space, and taste some of the delicious items on our menu. ✨

Not the glamorous part… but the part that matters. 🔨

We’re building our first customer bathroom from the ground up — which meant ripping up the slab, digging a full trench, and running brand new plumbing so everything is done the right way from day one.

Late nights.
Concrete dust.
Jackhammers.
No shortcuts.

This isn’t just another spot opening up — this is something we’re building for our community.

Ewing deserves it done properly.
