Neapolitan pizza cooked at 900 degrees in our Italian wood oven for you to enjoy with family and friends. The inspiration for our pizzas comes from the bounty of our local farms allowing us to bring farm-to-table pizza to you at our restaurant in Emmaus. We serve Red Balloon hard cider and are no longer BYOB.

Wow, thanks for all the love for our Detroit pizzas! We can't believe how many dough balls we have to make now to make sure we don't sell out:) This week's Detroit pizza special is our Asparagus & Prosciuto: Local asparagus Prosciutto, house-made red onion jam, our three-cheese blend, toasted Parmigiano cheese, topped with balsamic reduction. Detroits are now served 5 days a week, so stop by tonight and enjoy one.

Macarons are back for Mother's Day! We hand-make these delicious pastries all from scratch. We have 1-dozen gift boxes and 7-pack gift boxes available for pre-order through our online store. We will also be serving macaron flights for dessert in the restaurant.

This week's Detroit Pizza Special is for all the mushroom lovers out there. A Spinach-artichoke sauce, a trio of garlic confit mushrooms (shiitake, trumpet, oyster), topped with Gruyere and Provolone cheese, red onions. Finished with Pecorino Romano and roasted garlic olive oil.

Spring has officially begun at Switchback! Did you know Justin is an active forager! Every year, he visits his own super secret spots and responsibly harvests ramps for us to use on pizza. Ramps have a very special flavor. It has the flavor of mild garlic and onion all in one plant. This hyperlocal wood oven pizza also features Chickweed made by Valley Valley Milkhouse Last fall, we all visited their cheese caves and were lucky enough to see Chickweed aging. We typically have our ramp pizza for 2-4 weeks, depending upon ramp availability.

We missed our chocolate brioche twists and decided to make a small batch for this weekend.
