What a beautiful colored cider! This is our Blueberry Ginger Cider, ABV 8%. We ferment whole blueberries for about a month with our cider and then make a syrup out of ginger and lemon grass. The result is a blueberry forward semi dry cider with a hint of warmth from the ginger.

The Grim Aplenwein cider has many delicious layers. First, we macerate cacao nibs and let them sit on maraschino liqueur for 6 weeks, next, we put tart cherries and the nibs in cider. Last fall, we debuted this cider and you all drank it quicker than we could imagine! We have another batch for you sitting that will be ready about Valentine's day!
