We’re OPEN TODAY from 5–9 PM, and we’ve got some seriously killer new dishes hitting the menu! 🤤🍽️

We’ve kept all your Trapp Door favorites while adding some incredible new creations that you NEED to try!

🌊 PAN SEARED SCALLOPS – Cast iron seared scallops served with creamy butternut squash risotto, crispy fried sage leaves, grilled asparagus, and pomegranate arils. A perfect taste of fall! 🍂

🐷 DUROC PORTERHOUSE PORK CHOP – Sous vide then pan seared to perfection, served with white bean cassoulet, sautéed Brussels sprouts, mushroom ragout, and gremolata. This one is a showstopper!

No new pics just yet 👀 — so we’re throwing it back to one of our previous scallop dishes while Chef puts the finishing touches on the new menu.
