It might be time to find a new mascara but I pray the purpose remains so deep in my soul that every time Im asked why I started this journey it brings me to tears.

💙✨ Its Down Syndrome Awareness Month ✨💙

My son Romey inspired me to create something bigger than myself. A place where adults with disabilities are seen for their abilities, given meaningful employment opportunities, treated with respect, and reminded that they belong.

Today, through Inclusion Coffee Shop and Inclusion Cafe, we’re working to create a world where differences are celebrated, opportunities are accessible, and inclusion is more than just a word.

But our mission is about so much more than coffee. It’s about changing perspectives, opening doors, creating opportunities, and showing the world what is possible when we believe in people. 💙💛

This Down Syndrome Awareness Month, I challenge you to look beyond a diagnosis. See the person. Celebrate their abilities. Make room for inclusion. And never underestimate what someone can accomplish when they’re given the opportunity.

✨ Awareness is important. Acceptance is powerful. Inclusion changes lives.
