Serving Easy Coffee Roasters on drip, espresso, and cold brew, as well as 12 oz retail bags; and offering a wide selection of awesome food and coffee. They are a must stop if you are in Telluride.

100g pour swirl ~40 sec
100g pour swirl ~1:30
80g pour swirl ~2:20

3-3:30 min extraction with 340g of delicious, perfected coffee.

We cannot, will not believe it, but have to accept that .jeb last day is today 💔 Sunday, January 25th. Who’s to say that Janie will not return one day to work at this cafe again, but for now, we must wish her the best in her school work and future endeavors!

Thank you so much for your years of commitment to this cafe and to this coffee community! You brought a lot of love and laughs into this place and we are very grateful.
