Two decades ago, a time when it was just me, a bedroll, and everything my ‘69 BMW motorcycle could carry. The American West had captured my heart long before I ever hit the road. From deserts to towering mountains, the call of unexplored beauty was irresistible. I found charm in ghost towns and a sense of adventure in the grit of remote mountain towns. Every new stop brought new friends, I was a Welcome Stranger.

Analog, might be best way to describe our roasting style. Iron and flame coaxed by hand to bring out the nuanced flavors in our coffees. Our 1959 German Probat Roaster is a work of industrial art, as much as it is the best tool for the job. Roasted in the 4 corners region of lovely Colorado.
