PRO TIP... if you don't have a rice cooker bake your rice in the OVEN! PERFECT EVERY TIME! Rinse your rice then equal parts water and rice. Bake covered at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand covered for 10 minutes.

So Chef what do you feel is the most critical element of the small restaurant business right now... that's easy Bobby INVENTORY MANAGEMENT! If your throwing it away your fighting a loosing battle! Why do you think I'm having you make 4 muffins and flans at a time lol. I'd rather make them daily instead of them sitting around. That's quantity control too!... YES CHEF!
