With grateful hearts, we’re excited to share the next chapter in the Corvo’s story.
After so much thought and gratitude, we’re thrilled to announce that Corvo’s Pizzeria & Bar the restaurant located at 901 Curlew Rd in Dunedin is entering an exciting new chapter with great new owners.
This isn’t a goodbye—it’s a celebration.
From the moment we met the new owners, we knew they were the perfect people to carry Corvo's Pizzeria and Bar Restaurant forward. They share the same passion for great food, genuine hospitality, and taking care of every guest who walks through the door. They’re keeping Corvo’s name, the employees, the menu preserving everything you’ve come to love, and bringing years of experience in sales and marketing to help the business continue to grow. I truly believe the best is yet to come for the brick and mortar location and I couldn’t be happier for them—or for all of you.
To our amazing customers, thank you. You have supported us, cheered us on, and become part of our family. Because of you, this next chapter is possible, and I know you’ll make the new owners feel just as welcome as you made us feel.
As for Corvo Bianco Wood Fired Pizza, we’re not going far—we’re simply beginning a new adventure of our own!
We’re proud to call Clearwater our new home, where we’ve been welcomed with open arms. Our focus will now be on growing Corvo Bianco through our catering services, authentic wood-fired pizza trailer, our kitchen at Ruth Eckerd Hall and The BayCare Sound, and expanding our meal prep and wholesale offerings.
We have so many exciting things ahead, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
